These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. Throughout these Terms, “Singulume,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this online store.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Online Store Terms

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

You may not use our website, products, content, or services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes the rights of others, interferes with website security, or disrupts the operation of our store.

You may not transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy website content for unauthorized commercial purposes, or otherwise misuse our website.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.

However, actual products may differ slightly from photographs or videos due to:

• screen and display settings

• photography and lighting conditions

• material batches

• handmade production

• 3D printing characteristics

• minor differences in finishing and assembly

Each Gargantua is individually 3D printed, hand-finished, assembled, inspected, and tested.

Because of this process, slight variations between individual pieces are expected.

These may include subtle layer lines, seam lines, small surface marks, minor support marks, slight texture differences, or small variations in color and surface sheen.

Such characteristics are a normal part of 3D printing and handmade production and are not considered defects when they do not affect the product’s structure, safety, or normal function.

3. Product Use

Singulume products are intended for indoor decorative and ambient lighting use unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with the included instructions and reasonable safety practices.

Products should be kept away from excessive heat, open flames, excessive moisture, and prolonged exposure to conditions that may damage 3D-printed materials or electrical components.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, improper storage, or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is submitted.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, technical errors, or inaccurate product information.

If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfillment to offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected order for a refund.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• suspected fraud

• unauthorized or invalid payment

• incorrect pricing

• technical errors

• production limitations

• unavailable materials

• shipping restrictions

• suspected resale or misuse

• violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers.

We do not generally receive or store complete payment-card information directly.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Personalized Products

Certain Singulume products may offer personalization, including custom names, text, or other made-to-order details.

You are responsible for reviewing all spelling, capitalization, numbers, and other customization information before submitting your order.

Unless we have made an error, personalized products may not be eligible for return solely because the customer changes their mind.

Personalized products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the customization submitted with the order will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to decline personalization requests that contain unlawful, abusive, hateful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

8. Collector Numbers and Build Numbers

Certain products or optional accessories may include an individually assigned Build Number or serial-style identification number.

Unless a product is specifically advertised as a limited edition, a Build Number does not represent or guarantee a fixed production limit.

Build Numbers are used for identification, production records, and the individual character of each piece.

Specific Build Numbers cannot be guaranteed unless expressly offered as part of the product listing.

9. Production Time

Many Singulume products are produced individually rather than taken from mass-produced inventory.

Production times displayed on our website are estimates.

Production may include:

• 3D printing

• finishing

• assembly

• testing

• personalization

• quality inspection

• packaging
